TEAM
Kimberly Macleod
Kimberly launched kmacconnect in 2012. She has served as Lehman Brothers Holdings’ head of communications and media relations since 2008 and spent 1996 to 2008 in Lehman’s executive offices managing client, investor, internal, media and other messaging for Lehman’s CEO. She is retained by a very diverse range of clients given her experience at the global investment bank both before and after its bankruptcy. She is a graduate of Brandeis University and lives in Manhattan with her husband and son.
Jay Fox
Jay has more than a decade of experience writing content in a wide variety of styles and mediums. This includes technical writing on neurology, psychiatry, pharmacology, the chemistry of cannabis, building science, and landlord tenant law. He has also published several works of fiction, including a novel (The Walls, Stay Thirsty Press, 2011); essays that have appeared in Crain’s New York, Salon, and FutureStructure, among others; and columns, book reviews, and film reviews. He graduated from New York University with a BA in philosophy and history.
Azhar Khan
Azhar is a writer, actor, visual artist, musician, and designer. He has worked in a wide array of venues and across numerous media platforms, from video installations, theatre (Lincoln Center, Theatre Row, Naked Angels, Old Vic New Voices), and live comedy (Upright Citizens Brigade, Ars Nova, The Peoples Improv Theater) to podcasting (Naked Radio, Audible), television (Mr. Robot, Veep, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Search Party, High Maintenance), and film (Project Power, Sleepwalk With Me). He attended Oberlin College and lives in New York City with his wife.
Sabah Munawar
Sabah has 15 years of project management and community relations experience in the state government, corporate and nonprofit levels. She more recently has focused on campaign management for women who are running for office for the first time. She is a graduate of SUNY Brockport and lives in New York City with her husband.
